We visited for the first time and loved it! The food was outstanding and the wait staff are wonderful as well! We typically avoid chain restaurants, but we will be back to this one!
Best breakfast in Kingsport! Very friendly staff even though it was busy. Amanda was the best waitress I’ve had in this area in a long time. We ordered a lot of things to try and everything was correct and very fresh. The mimosas were great. Eggs were cooked perfectly and pancakes were fresh and fluffy! The biscuits and gravy were amazing as well, tasted like mamas! Highly recommend this place and it’ll become my go to breakfast spot!

Very enjoyable experience. Busy place, but they have a system where they can text you when they have a table ready. Place is very clean, and food was top notch. I got the Carmel apple pancakes, 10 out of 10.
I had 3 eggs, French Toast, Home Fries, and Bacon. The eggs were great but ill say this, eggs up in Bristol has better eggs and better French toast. But compared to other non eggs up restaurants, this was a level above and far better. Wait staff was pretty slow, only after my meal was almost finished and ready to leave was when I was offered a refill or even checked on. Service could be better! Would I eat here again ? Not if I was closer to the Bristol eggs up but other than that, Yes. Over all, its a delicious meal.
First time visit and will definitely return. This was their first Saturday open at this location and it was hopping! The staff was doing a great job though! My server Jeremiah was on point and did a fantastic job. Food was hot, yummy, and worth it! Can’t wait to try a bowl and omelet. I’m sure I’ll be making this a frequent breakfast and lunch spot!
Absolutely recommend coming to eggs up grill! This was our first time and will not be our last. The food was delicious, service fantastic, and the prices were somehow very reasonable! I had the cheesy shrimp and grits with andouille sausage and veggies, and my wife had the corned beef eggs Benedict. Both were amazing and we can't wait to come back for more. Tammy was out server and she did a fantastic job of keeping our drinks topped off and making sure we were enjoying our meals. Happy birthday Tammy!
We got breakfast during the Sunday morning rush, and we were seated pretty quickly. The food is absolutely amazing, and our waitress Tammy was incredible! She was quick on refills and checking up on us, and was a delight to speak to!
